Q: How do I track an order?

A: A visit to our factory can be arranged to inspect the progress of your mobile trailer. However, you have to give a 24 hours notice before coming. Updates can also be communicated via Whatsapp.

Q: How long will it take to get my trailer?

A: The average build time for a trailer is between 2-3 months. However, it may slightly be shorter or longer subject to the final design and finishing agreed on.

Q: The parts being used, are they geniune?

A: We source our materials strictly from reputable dealers that give guarantee on their products.

Q: Why do our mobile trailers have wheels?

A: Tiny Homes products are on wheels for a number of reasons. Movability is a big factor as a lot of Tiny Home owners enjoy the idea of not being tied down and being able to follow a new dream, a new job or family as a few examples. A Tiny Home that is on wheels also does not require a building permit.

Q: Can our tiny homes have plumbing and electrical fittings?

A: A big "YES"! All the plumbing and piping fittings would run inside the walls as you would in a traditional building.

Q: Can I finance with a loan?

A: If you have a financial institution that is willing to finance it on your behalf, that is accepted too.

Q: Do the tiny homes come fitted with furniture and appliances?

A: No, except on special request.

Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I request for a refund?

A: No. We do not process refunds once payment is made.

Q: Can I have my trailer returned?

A: No. If there are defects caused during construction, we will correct it. Returns and exchanges are not allowed.
